How to Reset Canon Printer to Eliminate Error Code

Canon printers require the use of reset in a few times. Especially if your printer ink is often leaky, then the reset will mature faster. It is marked by the emergence of Error code E27 and E28 on the printer indicator, the cause for Waste ink absorber full or Platen waste ink absorber is full. The printer can not be used before we do the reset. To reset it is recommended to contact the Canon Service Center, but to save costs we can do it yourself at home.
Here's an example on how to Reset Canon MP 160 or MP 180:
Please reset the Canon software download free at this address: http://www.box.net/shared/4yblbn34kg

copy and open it in computer software, so that software can be detected earlier (MP Tool buttons off) do the following:
1. Unplug Power cable
2. Press and hold down the button "Power" (On / Off)
3. Reinsert the power cable
4. Press the "Reset" and release
5. Release the button "Power"
6. If successful alarm lamp will light (if not repeat again).
7. After that MP Tool software will be detected, now run the software.
The way the above is not fully efficacious, if you want better dismantle your printer and do the cleaning on Waste ink absorber full or Platen waste ink absorber is full of foam that holds the ink in the printer (see the location on your printer's manual). If you do not do this then over time the ink will be more full, any damage to the printer can not be avoided.
