Tutorial Linux Windows Dual Boot Installation

If you want to Dual Boot Linux and Windows, make sure Windows is already installed in the computer beforehand. 3D PCLINUX OS allows you to install Linux in point n 'click installation from beginning to end, so that the installation process is very easy to do.
Here are step by step installation process Dual Boot Linux Windows by using the 3D OS:

   1. Boot the computer with the Live CD / DVD 3D OS.

   2. After entering the desktop, click the Install icon to start the 3D OS installation process.  

        If you login as     guest, a dialog box will appear asking for the root user password. Password

        for root is root. 

   3. Startup screen appears. Click the Next button to begin the installation process. 

   4. Choose the type of hard disk and then click the Next button. 

   5. If the computer has been installed in Windows, redeeming one of the following options:
       * Remove Windows: to remove the Windows partition and replace it with Linux
       * Use free space on Windows: to create a Linux partition from the remaining space on the 

          Windows partition. Use this option if you want to Dual Boot Windows and Linux .  

       * Custom disk partitioning: to determine their own hard disk partition option 

   6. Specify the partition size that will be used for Linux. 

   7. Warning screen is displayed stating that you will create a Linux partition.  

       Click the Next button to  continue.
