Overcoming ERROR 2739 on Windows 7

for those of you who have an internal problem error 2739 on windows seven possible ways this could solve the problem :

1. Click Start> All Programs> Accessories.
2. Right click on the Command Prompt and select Run As Administrator.

3. For Windows 32 bits go to C: \ Windows \ System32.
    whereas for Windows based 64-bit to go to C: \ Windows \ SysWow64.

4. At the prompt, type regsvr32 jscript.dll and press Enter.

5. When the dialog "DllRegisterServer in jscript.dll succeeded" appears, and click OK
